My role
I worked with team of UX designers and visual designers to design website for UNICEF Netherlands. I worked on designing wireframes for contact page, FAQs and tracking donation.

Wettbewerbsanalyse
I evaluated existing screens to identify usability gaps. Goals of the page were defined. Based on these goals, the wireframes were designed. Key areas of improvement included:

Track package
The Track Package page enables donors to monitor the status of their donations.

Keep them invested in the purpose by allowing them to track the donations
Social Media hat einen großen Einfluss auf das Kaufverhalten. Die Leute können Styling-Tipps von Influencern bekommen. Sie können verstehen, wie es auf verschiedenen Körpern aussieht. Bewertungen können ihnen bei der Entscheidung helfen.


My learnings
This project gave me valuable experience working for UNICEF. It helped me understand business goals and user goals better. It deepened my understanding of how to balance organizational objectives with real user needs.
