Opportunities are properties which are listed. The layout features an organized grid-style display of properties, accompanied by intuitive filter options for users to refine their search criteria. The design prioritizes visual elements, such as high-quality property images and brief descriptions, to provide users with a quick overview of each listing. Convenient filter options are available, allowing users to refine their search based on specific criteria such as location, price, GDS, and TDS.

Tabs are incorporated to allow users to effortlessly navigate to different sections, enabling them to access detailed information about the property, including its location, applicants and opportunity details.

Based on the investor role, the dashboard highlights key performance indicators (KPIs) that provide a quick overview of portfolio performance. Important metrics are visualized through interactive charts and graphs, enabling investors to track trends.

The Portfolio page displays all investment opportunities available to the investor. Opportunities are organized into separate tabs based on their status, with Funded investments and those Currently in Negotiation shown independently for easy tracking.

This screen shows a chat between an investor and a broker, with the opportunity details visible alongside it. Negotiation happens directly in the chat. When the investor clicks "Counter," the counteroffer form appears inline rather than as a pop-up, since making a counteroffer requires ongoing access to both the opportunity details and the negotiation chat.
